Masters Degree preferred with a minimum of 18 graduate credits in a content area. Requires two to four years of coaching experience in a high school or college setting; college coaching experience is preferred. Requires CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

General Summary
- The Softball Coach works under the supervision of the Athletic Director and is responsible for all programming and operations associated with the Central Community College Women's Softball Program. S/he will recruit student-athletes, direct practices, manage travel and practice schedules and supervise team conduct. In addition, s/he provides instruction for select courses within the area of Physical Education or related discipline in which individual is credentialed.

Instructional assignments will be no more than 20% of position responsibilities.
