Engineering Intern
Location:
Columbus, NE
Duration: 3 Months
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from a recognized, accredited university
- Ability to lead and/or support engineering projects related to productivity improvement, cost savings, capacity expansion or new process development
- 3D modeling experience preferred (Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, Pro‑E)
Responsibilities:
- Support engineering projects and Central Engineering personnel to deliver projects to the manufacturing operation
- Assist in developing and implementing improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality
Comments/Special Instructions: Overtime as required. Working on a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or another engineering field is required.
