** Project Coordinator
** to join our Project Controls team. This individual must be within commuting distance of an office based in
** Columbus, NE.*

* Roles & Responsibilities
+ Working closely with the Client and Project Manager, assisting in the development and ongoing activities of project planning through project implementation.
+ Providing high-level coordination support to the client
+ Communicating relevant project information to the team
+ Scheduling and attending project meetings (internal or with client)
+ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
+ Other administrative tasks as assigned
+ Generate project financial reports, including tracking the financial performances of projects
+ Setting up and maintaining project SharePoint sites
+ Assist with the preparation of bid documents
** Who You Are*
* Required Education/
Experience:
+ High School diploma
+ 5 years of project support/administrative experience
+ Experience supporting a high volume of projects
+ Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
+ Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
+ Strong attention to detail and a good communicator
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree / two-year technical degree or equivalent industry-related experience
+
Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, and SAP
+ Working knowledge of cloud-based file sharing platforms such as SharePoint, Share File, etc.
