Project Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking two highly skilled Project Manufacturing Engineers to support the startup of four advanced manufacturing lines. This role is crucial to ensuring the successful transfer, installation, and validation of manufacturing equipment and processes. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities, strong project management abilities, and a background in large-scale automated process lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering efforts for the transfer and integration of manufacturing equipment.
  • Plan and execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities.
  • Conduct Design of Experiments (DoEs) to enhance and optimize process efficiency.
  • Develop and manage action plans for project sub-tasks, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and equipment vendors to ensure project success.
  • Troubleshoot complex automation and mechanical issues on large manufacturing lines.
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs and regulated manufacturing standards throughout project execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Proven experience authoring and executing IQ, OQ, PQ, and DoE protocols.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead small teams or guide tasks independently.
  • Solid understanding of automated process lines, with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
  • Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments, following SOPs and validation protocols.
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience working with integrators and machine builders.
  • General knowledge of automation programming (PLC/HMI/SCADA systems).
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
