• Direct the Process Engineering function to achieve the OEE glidepath.
• Lead data‑driven project selection.
• Direct sustaining engineering projects that require change control from ACR through released ECR/O.
• Lead operations projects that require capital outside the Global Integrated Engineering team.
• Support Global Integrated Engineering projects implemented into their operations area.
• Lead the financial performance of the operations team for expense spending and capital management.
• Write business cases.
• Lead project selection to drive financial analysis achieving manufacturing cost reductions and process improvements, resulting in a cost‑waterfall model.
• Work with the Asset Care team and OPEX/Continuous Improvement team to focus improvement projects.
• Lead the digital rollout in operations for programs such as E‑DHR, AVEVA OEE, Prometheus and others.
• Prepare and lead the operations PACE reviews.
• Drive the Reliability Engineering team for solid breakdown analysis and cent relining processes.
• Work closely with the Asset Care Manager to help drive the strategic direction for the plant.
• Support and guide technical leaders in operations.
• Supervise, train, evaluate and develop direct reports.
• Provide avenues for technical training for the sustaining and Process Engineering group.
• Evaluate required skills and act to acquire these skills in the department.
• Ensure new manufacturing processes and process improvements meet plant objectives.
• Optimize utilization and development of process engineering department staff.
• Promote a safety culture, policies and practices that ensure an increasingly safe work environment for all associates.
• Ensure site compliance with applicable federal, state, local and corporate regulations.
• Perform other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; mechanical engineering preferred.

• Two years’ formal engineering experience in manufacturing industry or equivalent required.
• Five years’ formal engineering experience in manufacturing industry or equivalent preferred.
