Job Summary
The line between work and play is about to be blurred. We are looking for you to join our fun and energetic table games team as a Blackjack Dealer! While we show you around the tables, you'll be learning the ins and outs of the games and be shown that you can play games for a living! What qualifies you to be a dealer?

- Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area
- Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned game pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets
- Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures
- Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary
- Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies
- Works closely with supervisors, floor staff, and surveillance to ensure smooth operations
- Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino
- Must be able to follow and understand directions
- Must be able to obtain a Nebraska Gaming License
- Good eye‑hand coordination
- Must have a good relationship with co‑workers, work as a team, and maintain a well‑groomed appearance
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
- Walk, stand, repetitive use of hands, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walk for an extended period
- Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly exposed to variable temperatures, bright flashing lights, and loud noise environments
