The line between work and play is about to be blurred. We are looking for you to join our fun and energetic table games team as a Blackjack Dealer! While we show you around the tables, you'll be learning the ins and outs of the games and be shown that you can play games for a living! What qualifies you to be a dealer?

Great customer service skills and the ability to be quick on your feet with basic math.

• Acknowledges,greets,and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area
• Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces,determiningwinners and losers,collecting,and paying bets
• Protects the integrity of games through observation and followsappropriate procedures
• Reads,verifies,and signs appropriate documentswhen necessary
• Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory,departmental,and company policies
• Work closely with supervisors, floor staff, and surveillance to ensure smooth operations

• Mustpossessexcellent customer relations and communication skills and be able to speak, read,write,and understand the English language
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Must be at least 19 years of ageto workin the Casino
• Mustbe able to follow and understand directions
• Must be able to obtain a Nebraska Gaming License
• Good eye-hand coordination
• Must be able tohave a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Walk, stand,repetitiveuse of hands,handle or feel objects,tools,or controls; reach with hands and arms
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depthperceptionand the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Mustbe able to work with the public in a professional manner
• While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly exposed to variable temperatures, bright flashing lights,and loud noise environment
