Setting: Employer-Based Worksite Health & Wellness Clinic (ADM)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Patient Population: Employees, spouses, and dependents (age 5+)

Medcor is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our full-time, on-site clinic in Columbus, Nebraska, located within an agricultural processing facility.

This role focuses on Occupational Health, Urgent Care, and Advanced Primary Care — serving a defined employee-based population in a supportive, collaborative environment.

No on-call required. Flexibility for additional hours (with advance notice) is preferred based on client needs.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat workers’ compensation injuries and illnesses
• Provide urgent care and advanced primary care services
• Perform surveillance and regulatory exams
• Deliver preventative and wellness services
• Educate patients about conditions and treatment options
• Coach patients on healthy behaviors

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with a Medcor oversight physician
• Partner with Operations and site leadership
• Collaborate with client HR, benefits, health, safety, and environmental teams
• Support corporate wellness initiatives

Administrative

• Document care using state-of-the-art EMR systems
• Maintain strong internal team communication

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted Nebraska license
• Current DEA and BLS certification
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity
• Positive, collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Comfort working in an on-site clinic environment

• Urgent care experience
• Advanced practice experience
• Worksite clinic experience
• Pediatric care experience
