• Provide one-on-one interactions with residents to encourage participation in activities.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning up activity spaces.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience for all.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
