St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide to join our team in Columbus, NE. The CNA will provide direct personal care and support to hospice patients in their homes under RN supervision, following each patient’s Plan of Care.
You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, and documentation while maintaining HIPAA standards. A valid CNA license, 18+ years of age, and a clean driving record are required for this full-time role with significant travel.
