What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each resident's goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
  • Monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and adjust treatment plans to maximize results
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic, high-quality care
  • Educate residents and families on treatment strategies, recovery expectations, and wellness goals
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A compassionate, resident-focused mindset and a passion for improving quality of life
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
