Loadout / Yard Manager
$20–$25 per hour | Full-Time
Position OverviewH2 Equipment is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Loadout / Yard Manager. This is a great entry point into parts, sales, or service for someone who is ambitious, willing to work hard, and interested in growing with H2 Equipment. The last two people in this role have moved into other areas of the company.
Responsibilities- Load customers with their auction items
- Check equipment in and out of rental
- Wash and clean equipment
- Check all machine fluids
- Keep the shop organized and equipment properly put away
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Willingness and desire to continue learning
- Ability to stay focused and productive throughout the workday
- Comfortable putting your phone away for the duration of your shift
This is a hands‑on position for someone who isn’t afraid to work. We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to contribute to the team. If you’re willing to work hard, learn new skills, and grow with the company,
