What You'll Do
As Director of Nursing, you will:
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all nursing services and clinical operations.
• Champion a culture of excellence focused on quality resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain a strong, engaged nursing team.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among staff.
• Drive clinical outcomes through quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident experiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Promote a positive workplace culture built on respect, communication, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• Current RN license in the State of Nebraska (or eligible for licensure).

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
