Maintenance Superintendent

** Job Purpose and Impact*
* The Maintenance Superintendent will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region.

** Key Accountabilities*
* + Develop preventive maintenance programs.

+ Coordinate and integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.

+ Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.

+ Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.

+ Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production is minimized.

+ Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

** Qualifications*
* ** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

+ Proficient in PSM (process safety management)

+ Has an Ammonia Refrigeration Systems Certification - Operator Level 2

+ 2 years of supervisory experience

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Ability to read & interpret detail blueprints, P&IDs, single-lines, ladder logic and wiring schematics

+ SAP experience

+ Boiler experience

+ Rendering experience

+ Willing to be a part of the Hazmat team

+ Willing to obtain class 2 Nebraska wastewater license within 12 months.
