Fabricator - Night Shift

If you take pride in turning raw materials into high-quality finished products, we want you on our team. We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator who thrives in a hands-on environment, values precision, and takes ownership of their work from start to finish.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, and assemble metal components
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, brakes, and welders
• Ensure parts meet quality, safety, and dimensional standards
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Flexibility to learn multiple work centers

Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Monday - Thursday (Shift Differential applies)

• Reliable attendance is critical
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to read blueprints
• Read 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32” gradations on tape measure
• Convert feet to inches and vice versa
• Convert Fractions to Decimals

• Operate equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies and procedures
• Assembly is completed according to a planned schedule
