Summary
The Press Brake Operator will have hands‑on experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC press brakes. The range of equipment used includes: 135‑ton Cincinnati Maxform, 60‑ton Cincinnati Profrom and a 400‑ton Accurpress. Press Brake Operators are required to comply with all MPI policies and procedures.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesHigh School Diploma or GED
Experience2+ years of brake press operating experience (setup experience required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Experience with Cincinnati and/or Accurpress equipment is preferred.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, etc.).
- Understanding of material types, bend allowances, and forming techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
- Use proper personal protective equipment.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
