Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
- Responsible for meeting established production standards.
- Responsible for meeting the quality requirements of the product and operating within the policies and procedures of the Quality System.
- Use microscopes, pin gages and other inspection devices as necessary.
- Perform basic maintenance as required to keep machines in good operational order.
- Use basic hand tools (allen wrenches, files, side cutters, crescent wrenches, etc.).
- Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
- High School diploma/GED preferred.
- In lieu of High School diploma/GED, three years manufacturing experience is required.
- Mechanical aptitude required.
- Previous mechanical experience preferred.
Skills And Abilities
- Safety conscious and work safely, especially when handling tubing and cut cannula – Proficient.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision – Proficient.
- Ability to work in a team environment – Proficient.
- Mechanical skills – Proficient.
