Machine Operator

• Perform various tasks in support of production operations.
• Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to completed assigned tasks.
• Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action and build productive internal/external working relationships.
• Learn and follow standardized work that has been created within the assigned role.
• Promote a safe and quality-driven culture.

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn an ERP system.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, basic math skills, and to read a ruler and tape measure to measure fractions of an inch.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Commitment to a high standard of safety and willingness to comply with all environmental and safety regulations, including the company’s policies and procedures. Willingness to report potential environmental and safety improvements to the appropriate supervisory or management personnel.

Based on region, the expected salary range for this position is $17.49 – $29.15 per hour.
