Maintenance Technician – Shift B (6pm–6am)

Location:

Columbus, NE (Relocation Assistance Available) Compensation: $70,000/year - $75,000/year + 13.5% Shift Differential (Annualized for FTE)

• Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotation: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off.
• Perk: Work every other weekend and enjoy more days off during the week.

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex industrial controls, computers, and servo‑mechanisms.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute PMs and maintain parts inventory via SAP to ensure zero downtime.
• Project Support: Assist engineering with the installation and IQ (Installation Qualification) of new equipment.
• Technical Execution: Test electronic circuits using oscilloscopes, signal generators, and voltmeters; modify control panel wiring and PLC ladder logic.
• Compliance: Perform all duties within cGMPs for Medical Devices, ensuring adjustments stay within validated limits.

• Education: Associate’s Degree in a technical field (or HS Diploma/GED + 2 years of technical experience in lieu of a degree).
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role.
• Technical Proficiency: A thorough understanding of hydraulic, electric, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

• Schematics: Proficient ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication in English and a commitment to upholding core company values.
• Physical/Travel: Ability to work off‑shifts and travel occasionally for training.
