• Perform various tasks in support of production operations.
• Apply acquired job skills, company policies and procedures to completed assigned tasks.
• Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors; exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action, and build productive internal/external working relationships.
• Learn and follow standardized work that has been created within your assigned role.
• Promote a safe and quality‑driven culture.

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, basic math skills, and read a ruler and tape measure to measure fractions of an inch.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Commitment to a high standard of safety and willingness to comply with all environmental and safety regulations, including reporting potential improvements.

Flexcon offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes base salary, healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision), life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, wellness programs, and tuition assistance. Based on region, the expected salary range for this in‑person position is $17.49 – $29.15 per hour. The posted salary range reflects a national pay scale… actual compensation may vary.
