JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for meeting all of the requirements necessary to achieve or exceed established production goals at a given station while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position also assists in training new employees and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the work area. JG1 / H06 B Shift- 6:00pm-6:00am
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitors and maintains equipment used in manufacturing process.
* Performs preventative maintenance on production equipment as required.
* Reports malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate supervisor.
* Maintains productivity in accordance with plant goals.
* Monitors own work area to ensure that it remains free of obstructions and other hazards.
* Completes any necessary paperwork.
* Complies with good manufacturing practices and all other FDA regulations.
* Wears protective clothing as required.
* Works in a safe manner.
* Follows standard operating procedures.
* Completes all required training.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge/
Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Two years' experience in plastics injection molding preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Mathematical
Skills:
Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills.
* Reasoning Ability:
Good reasoning ability to solve problems. Computer

Basic computer skills required. Other:
On-the-job training provided. Physical Demands:
* Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes.
* Continuous standing and walking throughout the day.
* Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
* Good dexterity to handle small parts.
* Good vision to see details.
* Ability to discern colors.
* Hearing sufficient to hear equipment signals.
* Manual dexterity to use hand tools.
* Environmental Conditions:
Exposure to noise, vibration, temperature changes, humidity, chemical fumes/odors, greases/oils, dust, dirt, etc. Travel Requirements:
