Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site Payrate: $22.70/hr Required Availability:
Full-Time | Night

Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Alternating days schedule Overtime and weekend availability may be required based on production needs MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and meeting production goals. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment, performing inspections, completing documentation, and troubleshooting basic equipment issues. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Perform visual inspections and quality checks Complete changeovers, cleaning, and line clearances Troubleshoot minor equipment issues Maintain production and quality goals Perform SAP and MES data entry tasks Support packaging, labeling, assembling, and inspection processes Maintain GMP and safety compliance standards Assist with rework and continuous improvement efforts Cross-train within the department as needed Keep work areas clean and organized MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance:
Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Manufacturing experience required

Experience with SAP, MES, or precision measuring tools is a plus Ability to read and understand written instructions in English Basic math and problem-solving skills required Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed Take the Next Step!
