Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure consistent production quality
- Perform routine functions including filling, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspection
- Accurately maintain production records and logs according to FDA, GMP, and ISO
9000 standards
- Support team goals through effective communication and collaboration
- Rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as needed to support operational needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following standard operating procedures
- Demonstrate punctuality and flexibility by working a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous machine operator experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English
- Basic math skills for calculations and record-keeping
- Reliable transportation to work
- Willingness to work flexible/extended hours on a rotating night shift
- Strong teamwork and effective communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working under FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
- Familiarity with utility operations in a production setting
