Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site Payrate: $20/hr Required Availability:
Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Opportunity for overtime available MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator will support daily production operations including packaging, labeling, assembly, inspection, and machine-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a team setting. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine production and machine operation tasks Fill, package, label, assemble, and inspect products Maintain accurate production records and logs Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Support team goals and production deadlines Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed Maintain quality standards in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO guidelines MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance:
Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days Previous manufacturing or production experience Ability to lift up to 20 lbs unassisted Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math, reading, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Take the Next Step!
