Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site Payrate: $19/hr Required Availability:
Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (up to 2 hours flexibility either direction) PRODUCTION OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Production Operator will support routine manufacturing and production operations in a regulated environment. This role involves product reprocessing, parts handling, visual inspections, packaging, labeling, and completing production documentation while following standard operating procedures. This is a team-oriented role ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, organization skills, and experience working in production, inspection, or quality-focused environments. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PRODUCTION OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine production and packaging functions Reprocess products and handle production parts Conduct visual inspections and basic gauging inspections Complete paperwork and maintain accurate production records Follow FDA, GMP, and ISO guidelines and procedures Support team production goals and maintain a safe work environment Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed Follow standard operating procedures under direct supervision PRODUCTION OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance:
Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, inspections, or regulated environments Ability to read and understand written instructions in English Basic math and communication skills required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work flexible or extended hours when needed Comfortable working in a team environment Take the Next Step!
