C Shift- 6:00am-6:00pm

Position Summary

The position will be responsible for all maintenance activities of electromechanical systems at our production site in San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia).

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as scheduled by PM program and / or as required by breakdowns.

* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, etc., according to schedule.

* Troubleshoot and repair equipment to component level when failures occur.

* Provide technical support to Production in case repairs are not possible within reasonable time frame.

* Support Engineering projects related to facility expansion, new installations, modification and improvement of existing processes.

* Assist in the commissioning of new equipment.

* Ensure that all maintenance works comply with safety regulations and local standards.

* Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.

* Keep up-to-date records of all maintenance activities performed.

* Report any abnormalities observed during the course of work.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

* Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Education & Experience Requirements :

* Minimum education required:
High School Diploma.

* Minimum years of experience required: 2 years' experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.

* Desirable education:
Vocational Training in Industrial Electronics and Automatism.

* Desirable experience:
Previous experience working in medical device industry.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, technical processes, and regulatory requirements.

* Knowledge of basic mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and control system theory.

* Ability to use hand tools, power tools, assembly hand tools, and measuring instruments.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AutoCAD.

* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

* Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem solving and root cause analysis.

* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team environment.

* Self-motivated and willingness to learn.

* Fluency in English.
