Job Title: Day Shift Welder (MIG/TIG)
Location: Columbus, NE
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8PM - 6:30 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $20/hour +

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Welder with experience in MIG and TIG welding to join our 1st shift team. This position requires the ability to read tape measures accurately, perform lap joints and vertical down welds, and work from production specifications to produce high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components
• Execute lap joints and vertical down welds with precision
• Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and job specifications
• Inspect finished welds for structural integrity and appearance
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean work environment
• Work efficiently within a production schedule

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in MIG and TIG welding required
• Proficiency in lap joints and vertical down weld techniques
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
