Friday – Sunday, 5:55 AM – 6:00 PM – Columbus, NE plant.

• Perform various tasks in support of production operations.
• Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to completed assigned tasks.
• Work on problems of moderate scope, requiring review of multiple factors and using judgement within defined procedures.
• Learn and follow standardized work created within the assigned role.
• Promote a safe and quality‑driven culture.

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn an ERP system.
• Ability to read written work instructions and perform basic math, including using a ruler and tape measure to measure fractions of an inch.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodations).
• Commitment to a high standard of safety and willingness to comply with environmental and safety regulations, and to report potential improvements.

At Flexcon, the expected hourly salary range for this position is $15.84–$26.40, based on region. Actual compensation may vary by location and experience.
