Operator , Machine - shift - rotation

Job Description

Position is for day shift (A or

C) 6am to 6pm 12 hr shift, 2‑week rotation.

All workers can start with background pending – no drug screening is required.

High school diploma or GED required for this job assignment.

Candidates with previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment will have first preference.

• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Ability to get along with people and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.

Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO
9000.

Works under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures.

Supports team goals and objectives, making effective decisions relative to position requirements.

Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method, applying basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.

Effective communication skills at a level that co‑workers and the Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.

Works within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required.
