Production Operator Duration 12 months Shift Details:
- Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Work Type: 12-hour rotating shifts
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will perform routine production tasks while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products under general supervision
Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO 9000 standards
Follow standard operating procedures and instructions from supervisors
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and objectives
Make basic decisions related to assigned tasks within established guidelines
Ensure quality and consistency in all production activities
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Ability to read, write, and comprehend specifications in English
Basic math skills required
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to rotate between tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and maintain regular, punctual attendance
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be given priority
