What will you do in this role?- Perform various tasks in support of production operations.
- Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action and build productive internal/external working relationships.
- Learn and follow standardized work that has been created within the assigned role.
- Promote a safe and quality-driven culture.
- H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system
- Ability to read and write work instructions, basic math skills, and the ability to read a ruler to measure fractions of an inch
- Prior forklift experience is a plus; training will be provided
- Commitment to a high standard of safety and willingness to comply with all environmental and safety regulations, including the Company’s policies. Willingness to report potential environmental and safety improvements to supervisory or management personnel
- Weekend Day Shift – Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00AM - 6:00PM

Flexcon offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including base salary, healthcare coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, wellness programs, and tuition assistance. The posted salary range for this position is $15.84 - $26.40 per hour. Actual compensation may vary by location, experience, and other factors.
