Overview
Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is seeking a Screen Printer Operator for 1st Shift. Overtime is available as needed. The role requires producing Vishay products that meet and exceed quality and customer expectations.
Job LocationVishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE. The facility employs approximately 600 workers and is one of the largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology in the area.
Responsibilities- Obtain work orders and materials and prepare them according to specifications.
- Install squeegee and related equipment, adjusting for parallelism and height.
- Arrange and set up variables such as location pin, vacuum holes, snap‑off indicators, and flood bars to accommodate each order.
- Accomplish preliminary set‑up and print test samples or targets to resistor value.
- Print orders as required and follow all SPC requirements.
- Clean printers and screens after each order and maintain organized, clean work areas.
- Fill out all required paperwork.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations.
- Prior production experience is desirable.
