Job Summary

Responsible for Burn‑In of resistors to customer specifications.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Compute Burn‑In layouts and schedules to ensure maximum Burn‑In capacity is always utilized.
  • May construct variances and associated Burn‑In equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Burn‑In problems.
  • Load and unload Burn‑In racks to facilitate smooth and continuous product flow, as well as monitor voltages when required.
  • May run Special Test equipment, GARD, Read‑In/Out, STOL, Vacuum Racks and perform air flow checks, as assigned.
  • Coordinate with Supervisor and Special Test personnel on type and value of units to be expedited or processed.
  • Coordinate work with Burn‑In Rack Loader and monitor the daily work to be performed.
  • Maintain all Burn‑In reports and records.
What You Will Bring Along
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three months to one year training in the application of a range of complex or automated machinery, equipment, and processes.
  • Training in the application and operation of a range of complex or automated machinery, equipment, and processes, or in the application of practical and shop mathematics together with the use of specifications, drawings, or plans.
