BD is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Columbus, NE to lead day-to-day production activities and coach a team of associates toward safety, quality, and efficiency. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to BD policies and quality systems on the manufacturing floor.
Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
