Manufacturing Unit Process Engineer

Job Overview

BD is a leading global medical technology company dedicated to advancing health. We are seeking a skilled professional to support manufacturing operations.

• Implement and sustain BDPS work processes for the manufacturing unit.
• Identify critical equipment settings and create standards.
• Develop technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfer it to operators and associates.
• Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
• Analyze top losses, develop and implement plans to eliminate losses, and drive OEE performance.
• Manage manufacturing unit change control, including validation activities, root‑cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.
• Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering;
Mechanical Engineering preferred. Minimum 2 years of medical manufacturing experience; 3 years of general manufacturing experience preferred.

• Primary work location: USA NE – Columbus (West). Additional locations and work shift details available upon request.
