Columbus, NEJob Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 1stCompensation: $26.17 - $33.39/hr  Benefits Information  Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription  Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts       Principal Accountabilities  Assist in development/design of various projects  Utilize mill, lathe, welder, shear, and break Perform various welding applications Operate tool and die equipment Heavy machinery moving/placement Utilize various forms of rigging and lift equipment Spec and quote parts Work with vendors to obtain necessary quotes, parts, and materials Direct contractors as necessary on projects Occasional travel for other facility assistance       

Required Qualifications  Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship  Must be 18 years or older Must be able to read and write in the prevalent language of technical literature utilized at the facility Must be able to work independently and direct others as necessary Must have extensive knowledge of hand and power tools Must have simple math skills, which includes fractions and algebra Must have experience with fabricating equipment such as mill, lathe, shear Must be able to pass a weld test Must be proficient in Sanitary pipe welding  Must have a certification in Sanitary pipe welding or the ability to obtain a certification with in 18months  Able to participate in facility HAZMAT membership, at minimum supporting role High school diploma, preferred some college  Have a state issued operator driver license and able to meet Cargill’s Safe Driving Program requirements   Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement    Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet
