Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Columbus, NE. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, operating welding equipment, and producing high-quality welds in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on metal components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Operate grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Assist with general fabrication and production tasks as needed. Identify and report equipment issues or material defects. Qualifications Previous welding experience required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
