Duties/Responsibilities/Deberes/Responsabilidades- Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, which includes product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements and clean room area and equipment cleaning / sanitizing
- Perform visual inspections
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Perform changeovers, line clearance and cleaning
- Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment
- Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks
- Perform rework
- Cross train where needed within the department to support the business
- Maintina all quality and GMP standards
- Perform needed SAP data entries
- May require the use of 10x micros cope, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges
- Participate on blitz teams as assigned
- Other duties as required to support the needs of the business

- Realizar inspecciones visuales
- Realizar la resolución de problemas básicos del equipo
- Realice cambios, despeje de líneas y limpieza
- Alcanzar la tasa de producción y los objetivos de calidad en los equipos asignados
- Facilitar el funcionamiento continuo del equipo a través de descansos
- Realizar retrabajo
- Capacitación cruzada cuando sea necesario dentro del departamento para apoyar el negocio
- Maintina todos los estándares de calidad y GMP
- Realizar las entradas de datos SAP necesarias
- Puede requerir el uso de un microscopio de 10x, calibradores y/u otros medidores misceláneos
- Participa en equipos de blitz según se te asigne
- Otras tareas que se requieran para respaldar las necesidades de la empresa
- High School diploma/GED preferred
- In lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required
- Diploma de escuela secundaria / GED preferido

- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous experience with MES preferred
- Previous experience with precision measuring instruments preferred
