* Job Summary:

** Packing Surface Mount resistors into reels or bulk packages including any of the following product types – WSL, WSLM, WSK, WSC, WSF, and WSH product types.
*
* Job Location:

** Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology.
There are around 600 employees currently working in Columbus, NE.  We are one of the largest employers in the Columbus Area.
** What you will be doing:
*** Turns on packing machine. Places reels, cover tape and carrier tape on machine.
* Receives order form QC or Finished Good Stock.
* Set up computer to packing and testing specifications noted on production card. Set counters. Run out leader tape.
* Places resistors into syntron bowl (Test pack or Tokyo Weld machines) or load resistor sticks to table (stick to tape machines).  Starts machine by pressing keyboard button.
* Operates machine until quantity desired is packed. Runs out carrier tape tail to wind around end of reel.
* Removes finished reel from machine. If order quantity required more than what is on reel, operator goes through previous procedures.
* Packages orders in bulk packaging where necessary.
* Print PNID labels and bar code labels as required.

*** High School diploma or equivalent.
* One month to three months experience.
