RN Acute Care Unit

Overview

Promote and maintain quality patient care through effective management and supervision of patient care areas through direction of the Director and/or Manager. Provides directions with staff according to physicians’ orders, following the department policies and procedures with the knowledge and understanding of differences in the care required for the specific patient population(s) served. Possesses ability to function with and coordinate care among other departments with appropriate utilization of nursing staff throughout the facility.

36 hrs/wk; 6a-6p, every 3rd weekend.

Current NE RN license, BSN preferred, two years experience in specialty care of Med-Surge.
