A value-based care organization is establishing a new outpatient practice in central Nebraska and is adding a Board-Certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to its care team.
The role is based in a newly opened facility and offers the opportunity to help shape clinical operations as one of the first providers in the region.
Outpatient Only, M-F. Practice has a focus on longitudinal care for patients with complex medical needs. Experience in Geriatrics, Home Care, or House call setting is preferred but not required.
Competitive Base Salary at $160,000K, Full Benefits, 6 Weeks of PTO, CME time plus allowance, $15,000K Sign On Bonus. 2 roles are open, 1 is travel, 1 is full-time based in the clinic.
