POSITION SUMMARY

Oversee Early Childhood Programs 0-5 Health & Nutrition requirements;
Monitor/ supervise nurses; coordinate round- up activities and oversee/ track trainings; develop policies and procedures.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop all health policies and procedures

Responsible for the supervision of Nursing staff.

Complete on-site monitoring

Coordinate preschool round-up activities

Oversee tracking/ training & analysis of Child Plus health data systems.

Attend all required ECP management meetings & professional development trainings.

Adhere to all CNCAP related policies and procedures

Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing & a current Nebraska RN license

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Previous supervisory & management experience

Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to work with others

SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday: 7am - 5pm or Monday-Friday: 8am - 4pm

JOB STATUS

Full-Time, 40 hours per week

PAY

$27.04 - $28.15
