Inspector, Research​/Development, Lab Tech ​/ Assistant

Our client,
in Columbus NE
, a leading pharmaceutical/laboratory services organization, is seeking a Laboratory Technician (R&D) to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the R&D Department supporting the Plant Chemist and Posi Flush testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 21.00 per hour

• Support Posi Flush R&D stability studies, including sample preparation and placement in stability chambers
• Perform a variety of laboratory tests including pH, sodium chloride assay, UV/Vis, sterility, and particle analysis
• Assist with validations and studies from sample creation through to reporting results
• Investigate and report out-of-specification results in a timely manner
• Organize and maintain accurate raw data and laboratory records

• High school diploma or equivalent required (lab experience preferred)
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work in a laboratory environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting
• Comfortable working with laboratory instruments and test methods
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with some flexibility)
• Competitive pay at $21/hour
