Inspector, Research​/Development

Our client,  
** in Columbus NE** , a leading pharmaceutical/laboratory services organization, is seeking a  
** Laboratory Technician (R&D)
** to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the R&D Department supporting the Plant Chemist and Posi Flush testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Pay Range: 21.00 per hour*
* ** What's the Job?*
* +  
** Support Posi Flush R&D stability studies, including sample preparation and placement in stability chambers*
* +  
** Perform a variety of laboratory tests including pH, sodium chloride assay, UV/Vis, sterility, and particle analysis*
* + Assist with validations and studies from sample creation through to reporting results

+ Investigate and report out-of-specification results in a timely manner

+ Organize and maintain accurate raw data and laboratory records

** What's Needed?*

** High school diploma or equivalent required (lab experience preferred)*
* +  
** Ability to follow detailed procedures and work in a laboratory environment*
* +  
** Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting*
* + Comfortable working with laboratory instruments and test methods

+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams
