KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, and attentive.
• Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business conditions.
• Responsible to take beverage orders from guests, prepare drinks correctly, and return these orders in a timely manner.
• Responsible to enforce guest intoxication limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Responsible for taking food orders from guests and delivering these orders to the guest when applicable.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees.
• Responsible for the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers clean and orderly.
• Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
