• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty
• Recommend additional and complementary products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• 1+ year of retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Available to meet scheduling needs of the business
• Effective communication with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to apply product knowledge training in customer service
• Read and explain product labels
• Follow directions and perform additional duties assigned by management

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion
• Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes
• May involve work around moving parts, carts, or machines
