Having complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities and facilities available toguests. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role.

• Responsible for processing guest transactions, accurately managing financial transactions including handling cash, and answering guests questions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift.
• Assuringthat you are delivering guests with extraordinary experience
• Keeping cash drawer balanced and impressed.
• Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
• Completing CTRs, W2
  
  Gs, and MTLs.
• Ensurethe safetyand security of employees and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Proficient with iOS devices
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Read, write, and understandcomplexinstructions and appropriately complete all necessary documentation.
• Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume,demanding environmentunder frequent time pressures

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Must be proficient working with computers and Microsoft office
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
