Motoplex USA is expanding and actively seeking a driven, competitive, and customer-focused Power Sports Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a front‑line sales position for someone who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and winning. You’ll be responsible for delivering a top‑tier customer experience from first contact to final handshake, helping customers find the right machine while turning leads into long‑term relationships. We provide the tools, training, and support—you bring the hustle.

• Qualify customer needs and match them with the right motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or powersports unit
• Engage customers in person, online, and by phone with energy, confidence, and professionalism
• Present products, features, and benefits clearly and persuasively
• Follow up aggressively and consistently on all leads, appointments, and unsold traffic
• Build strong relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Work closely with F&I, service, and parts to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
• Stay sharp on inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trends
• Maintain accurate notes and sales documentation
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Represent Motoplex USA with pride, integrity, and a competitive edge

• Proven ability to listen, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership sales

• Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
• Previous sales experience preferred (powersports, automotive, or retail strongly valued), but we will train the right closer
