Connoisseur Media – Columbus, Nebraska – is seeking a full-time, motivated, and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, revenue‑driven environment and enjoy connecting with local businesses, this is a great opportunity to build relationships and help clients grow through the power of radio marketing. We’re looking for a self‑starter with strong communication and organizational skills who can balance multiple priorities, collaborate with a dynamic team, and bring a positive, solution‑focused attitude every day.

• Contact established and new customers in our listening area and present radio marketing plans.
• Develop a positive relationship with Account Executives and support staff.
• Submit ad schedule and copy to the traffic department.
• Generate new business and establish relationships with clients.

• Must be highly organized and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Possess strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Must be a self‑starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and be detail‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask and handle interruptions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a great personality and be able to work in a team environment.

• Prior sales experience.

Salary: $31,200, plus 10% commission.
