Concierge Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to work full‑time on the 2nd shift (11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) in Columbus, NE. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 per hour and includes many of Garda World’s standard benefits.

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent documentation)
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Preferred experience in security, military, or law enforcement (if applicable)
• Required state license (if applicable to the role)
